IT SERVER ADMINSTRATOR/ IT SUPPORT

WE ARE A GROUP OF OFFICES LOCATED IN FLORIDA & TEXAS, AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED IT SERVER ADMIN/IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO JOIN US FULL TIME.

We are seeking a diligent and proactive IT Server & Technical Services Monitor to join our IT team.

HOURS WILL BE MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM TO 7PM FLORIDA TIME.

PAY WILL BE BETWEEN $400 TO $500 MONTHLY BASED UPON EXPERIENCE

Ideal Candidate will assist with our Server, and constantly update and maintain our IONOS Windows based server. Also, help with all of our offices for I.T. Support as well, for all issues, such as IP address configurations, installing new software on computers, updates, new printers etc.

The successful candidate will act as the "digital watchdog" for our company, monitoring server health, network performance, and critical IT services in real-time. The goal of this position is to prevent downtime, identify bottlenecks, and ensure maximum uptime for our employees and clients through proactive surveillance and initial troubleshooting.Responsibilities

• Real-time Monitoring: Actively monitor system dashboards (e.g., [insert tools like PRTG, Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog]) to track server health, CPU usage, memory, disk space, and network connectivity.
• Incident Response: Respond immediately to alerts and alarms, performing initial troubleshooting to identify the root cause of issues before they impact users.
• System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including checking server logs, applying security updates/patches, and managing backup routines.
• Escalation: Escalate critical issues to senior IT staff or system administrators according to established procedures (incident management).
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system incidents, downtime, and performance trends in the company ticketing system.
• Service Monitoring: Monitor key applications and web services (e.g., SaaS tools, databases, file servers) to ensure they are functioning optimally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
