Contract IT Service Desk Support Technician
Location: Mobile, AL (100% Onsite)
Duration: 3-Month Contract with Potential for Full-Time Conversion

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional who enjoys hands-on technical work, desktop deployments, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
Configure, image, and deploy 60–80 desktop and laptop systems
Perform workstation setup, software installation, and basic system configuration
Transfer user data from legacy devices to new systems
Install and support Microsoft Office, Citrix, printers, and related peripherals
Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues involving hardware, monitors, keyboards, mice, phones, and connectivity
Maintain clean, organized workstation installations with proper cable management
Document and manage support requests using ServiceNow
Provide basic end-user guidance during equipment rollouts and installations
What We're Looking For
Experience with desktop, laptop, or workstation deployments in a professional environment
Familiarity with Active Directory user administration and account support
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Citrix, and printer installations
Strong troubleshooting skills for common hardware and peripheral issues
Ability to manage repetitive technical tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
