Full-time, Contract, 1 year to start with the strong possibility of an extension

Hybrid | Boise, ID, United States (Must be onsite 1 day per week)


The Opportunity

You will be the support professional for the end-user clients. Hybrid role (remote and 1 day per week onsite in Boise). Must have a strong customer service approach and be personable and accommodating.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT service requests and incidents with timely resolution.

  • Troubleshoot desktops, handhelds, desktop PC, network customers and network printers for MS Office, Adobe and in-house systems.

  • Supports issues via chat, email and phone call.

  • Good usage of Windows 10/VDI/MS 365, Mobile devices, and Line of Business apps

  • Monitor IT service metrics and report on ticket status and resolution times.

  • Must have previous experience using Active Directory Tools, group policy, etc.

  • Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff or vendors as needed.

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including access provisioning.

  • Support remote and hybrid staff to ensure consistent service quality.

  • Communicate service status and updates to users and stakeholders.

  • Document issues and solutions in the knowledge base for future reuse.

  • Maintain asset inventory and track hardware/software lifecycle.

  • Assist with IT security practices, including password hygiene and endpoint protection.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and tooling to increase efficiency.


Experience/Qualifications

  • At least 1+ year of help desk support experience in a fast-paced large institution environment such as healthcare, financial services or tech.

  • Perference for those who work independently and are customer focused.

  • Proficient in incident response, ticketing, and SLA adherence.

  • Fundamental hardware, software, and network troubleshooting for end users.

  • Ability to support remote/hybrid staff and ensure consistent service quality.

  • Security hygiene practices, including password management and endpoint protection.

  • Must be able to undergo a background check and drug screen.

  • Willing to show proof of up to date vaccinations or willing to get boosters.

  • There will be a virtual panel interview.

  • Able to start quickly.
