We’re looking for a proactive IT Services Analyst to ensure smooth operations of IT systems and deliver effective technical support across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, optimizing IT processes, and collaborating with teams to enhance productivity and user experience.
Key Responsibilities

User Support & Issue Resolution:
Act as the first point of contact for IT assistance, addressing hardware, software, and network-related concerns while escalating advanced issues to specialized teams when required.

Incident Handling & Service Reporting:
Manage incoming tickets, track incidents through their lifecycle, and provide clear updates. Identify recurring issues, support root-cause investigations, and contribute to service performance reports.

Asset & License Administration:
Oversee IT equipment and software inventory, maintain accurate asset records, coordinate device setup and retirement, and ensure efficient usage of resources.

Systems Maintenance & Operational Readiness:
Support routine system updates, security checks, backups, and general maintenance to keep devices and tools functioning optimally.

Vendor & Tool Coordination:
Work with external suppliers to troubleshoot system-related issues and support the upkeep of telephony solutions, access systems, and other IT applications.

Process Enhancement & Documentation:
Assist in improving IT workflows, updating technical documentation, and contributing to knowledge bases that help streamline support processes.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field

2+ years in IT support, desktop support, or service analyst roles

Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking fundamentals, and common enterprise tools

Experience with ticketing platforms and service management practices (ITIL preferred)

Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
