About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Executive/Sr. Sales Executive with deep experience in the Dubai market to drive new business acquisition and grow strategic accounts. You will be responsible for selling high-value IT services, products and digital transformation solutions, working closely with presales, delivery, and leadership teams to shape winning propositions. This is a front-line, quota-carrying role that requires strong relationships, market knowledge, and the ability to close complex enterprise deals. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven sales professional who understands the regional buying landscape, enjoys consultative selling, and thrives in a target-oriented environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end sales cycle for IT services and products— from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure

Drive new customer acquisition while expanding business with existing enterprise accounts

Engage CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, and business leaders to understand priorities and position Torry Harris solutions

Work with presales and technical teams to build proposals, presentations, and commercial models

Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual revenue targets

Represent Torry Harris at client meetings, industry events, and partner forums across Dubai and UAE
-
Track opportunities accurately in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and updates
Our Picture of You:

Overall 10+ years of experience in IT services sales

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Dubai / UAE market
-
Currently based in Dubai

Strong understanding of selling IT services such as: Digital transformation & custom application development and Integration, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services
-
Demonstrated success in closing mid to large enterprise deals

Strong network and relationship-building capability in the UAE enterprise ecosystem

Holds a valid UAE driving license
-
Comfortable with frequent client meetings and field sales

High ownership mindset, result-driven, and resilient in a competitive market
Mode of Working:

Work from Office, with extensive field sales, client meetings, and travel within the UAE.
