Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company marketing goals
- Manage daily content creation and posting on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter)
- Create promotional content highlighting facility management services (housekeeping, security, MEP, landscaping, pest control, etc.)
- Design captions, visuals, reels, and short videos to increase engagement
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional manner
- Run paid social media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand reach
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams for campaign planning
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to optimize strategies
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1 years of experience in social media marketing (B2B preferred)
- Experience managing LinkedIn and Facebook business pages
- Knowledge of paid ads, lead generation, and campaign optimization
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
- Strong communication and content-writing skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Understanding of service-based or facility management industry is an advantage
