Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company marketing goals
  • Manage daily content creation and posting on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter)
  • Create promotional content highlighting facility management services (housekeeping, security, MEP, landscaping, pest control, etc.)
  • Design captions, visuals, reels, and short videos to increase engagement
  • Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional manner
  • Run paid social media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand reach
  • Coordinate with operations and sales teams for campaign planning
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity to optimize strategies
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1 years of experience in social media marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and Facebook business pages
  • Knowledge of paid ads, lead generation, and campaign optimization
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
  • Strong communication and content-writing skills
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Understanding of service-based or facility management industry is an advantage
