Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Solutions Coordinator to oversee and manage daily IT solutions operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, IT teams, and vendors. The IT Solutions Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining YM11 Solutions LLC’s reputation for excellence in IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT solutions projects including system implementation, troubleshooting, and support.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored IT solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate records of projects, contracts, and technical documentation.
• Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on IT solutions performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT solutions coordination or technical project management.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software solutions, and support processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, IT support tools, and project management software.
• Certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft are an advantage.
