We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Solutions Coordinator to join our growing team in Qatar.

Position Overview

The IT Solutions Coordinator will play a key role in managing IT service coordination, client support, project execution, and internal technical operations. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and capable of bridging communication between technical teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects, system implementations, and service requests
• Serve as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal technical teams
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and technical documentation
• Support troubleshooting and escalation processes for IT-related issues
• Assist with software, hardware, and network coordination activities
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, reports, and service updates
• Collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency and service quality
• Help ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client communications as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
• Previous experience in IT coordination, technical support, project coordination, or systems administration preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software systems, and business technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
