About Elite:

Elite is a leading company in the construction field and a fast-growing organization in the waste management sector. With a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, we are expanding rapidly and seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Specialist to support our growing technology infrastructure

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the company
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, servers, and equipment
• Monitor and manage network performance, security, and data backups
• Troubleshoot system problems and resolve user requests in a timely manner
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and kept up to date
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, procedures, and incident reports
• Collaborate with departments to identify and support their IT needs
• Assist with system upgrades and implementation of new technologies
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Experience with networking protocols, firewall management, and VPN setup.
  
  
  

Work Conditions :

From 9 AM till 5 PM

Work Location: 1st Settlement New Cairo

2 days off ( Fri & Sat. )
