What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and document onboarding and offboarding processes,
• Manage and coordinate internal IT requests,
• Analyze requests, provide alternatives, prioritize, and plan,
• Analyze customer needs, develop solution proposals by consulting with stakeholders, and, if necessary, forward requests to Global teams and follow up on the process,
• Provide preliminary requirements for projects initiated by Global teams, manage project processes, and finalize them,
• Optimize, monitor, and report SLA compliance processes,
• Develop, improve, monitor, and report IT processes in compliance with frameworks and standards such as ITIL and ISO27001,
• Create a long-term roadmap by anticipating future IT infrastructure needs in line with the company's growth objectives,
• Manage relationships with service and product providers, and track contracts and entitlements.

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related departments,
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of Information Technology,
• Holds a B2-class driver's license and actively drives,
• No travel restrictions,
• Proficient in IT Field Operations, IT Help Desk, IT Budget, and Procurement processes,
• Experienced in project and technical team management, with knowledge and experience in implementing, configuring, integrating, and testing IT solutions,
• Experienced in CMDB and ITSM systems,
• Knowledgeable and experienced in Inventory Management and Assignment procedures,
• Familiar with cybersecurity standards, methodologies, policies, and procedures,
• Experienced in network devices and technologies, capable of management and guidance when necessary,
• Hardware knowledge of systems and network equipment such as servers, storage, routers, switches, and firewalls,
• Knowledgeable in managing DNS, DHCP, Microsoft AD, and File Server,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Ankara.
