Weâre looking for a full-stack digital marketer who can plan, build, and manage all growth channels with full ownership of analytics and performance tracking. Youâll take full ownership of the funnel: from first touch to conversion to retention. This role is best for someone analytical, technical, and hands-on, who wants to run experiments and build systems that scale.
đ§ Key Responsibilities

Own Growth Strategy: Plan, design, and execute multi-channel strategies (SEO, content, email, referral loops, landing pages) aligned directly with company objectives.

Experimentation & Optimisation: Quickly test and iterate marketing ideas. Analyze results to discover scalable growth opportunities, then turn them into repeatable processes.

SEO & Content: Conduct keyword research, structure content effectively, track performance, and consistently improve organic rankings.

Email & Lifecycle Marketing: Build value-driven drip campaigns and newsletters that nurture leads, boost engagement, and drive referrals.

Analytics & Reporting: Set up and manage analytics tools. Regularly measure funnel performance, interpret data, and share actionable insights for growth decisions.

Collaboration: Collaborate with product and development teams to deliver consistent value and maintain clear, unified messaging.

Requirements

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics required.

2+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth.

Comfortable designing experiments, quickly interpreting data, making rapid adjustments, and taking ownership of outcomes.

Practical knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools, analytics platforms (like Posthog), and content management systems.

Proactive and able to solve problems independently, continuously seeking smarter, more efficient ways to reach objectives.
