Working Hours:

3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Türkiye time, in alignment with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please note: Due to Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes in the U.S., working hours in Türkiye may shift accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital ads, social media, email, influencer collaborations, content marketing)
• Proactively analyze and optimize running campaigns (keyword research, keyword optimization, ad placement, targeting, A/B testing)
• Define and execute new campaigns aligned with business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
• Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark performance
• Assess and optimize landing pages, websites, and content used in digital marketing campaigns
• Plan and manage SEO and SEM initiatives to improve visibility and traffic
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns
• Update and maintain company information across social media and recruiting websites, ensuring content reflects the most up-to-date data
• Continuously report campaign performance and insights to upper management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Digital Media, SEM/SEO, Web Marketing, Social Media, Email, and Ecommerce
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest
• Experience with hiring and recruiting platforms widely used in the U.S. such as Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Handshake, LinkedIn
• Excellent English (written and oral)
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
• Familiarity with SEO and SEM concepts
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude

• Hybrid working model after 90 days: During the first 3 months, employees are required to be in the office from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and may work remotely from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM. After 90 days, team members may continue in a hybrid setup, working from the office only one day a week (with departmental approval).
