Job Title: IT Specialist

Location: Faisalabad (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Compensation: PKR 45,000 – 80,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented IT Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency across all systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, servers, and applications.
• Monitor system performance and implement solutions to prevent downtime.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access controls.
• Ensure data security through backups, updates, and compliance with IT policies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot office IT equipment (routers, switches, printers, etc.).
• Collaborate on IT-related projects and process improvements.
• Document IT activities, procedures, and support tickets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience as IT Specialist, IT Support Engineer, or similar role.

Proficiency with Windows/Linux operating systems and enterprise software.

Knowledge of networking technologies (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs).

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
