IT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Specialist to support the technology infrastructure of our consultancy operations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, provide technical support to internal teams, manage system performance, and implement effective technology solutions to enhance business productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to employees across multiple offices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues (Windows/Mac/Linux).
• Manage IT service requests, incidents, and escalations in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of systems.
• Manage system updates, patches, and preventive maintenance.
• Support cloud-based platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, AWS).
• Oversee CRM/ERP systems used by the consultancy teams.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT security policies.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures (firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection).
• Ensure compliance with UAE data protection regulations and company IT policies.
• Conduct vulnerability checks and support disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain inventory of all IT assets and ensure timely upgrades and replacements.
• Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and telecom operators.
• Assist in procurement of hardware, software, and IT services.
• Maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, inventory logs, and user guides.
• Prepare periodic IT performance and incident reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of UAE experience in IT support or IT administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows & macOS, networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls), Microsoft 365/Azure, Cloud solutions (AWS/Azure), ITSM tools
• Experience in cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• IT certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, and ITIL.
• Experience supporting remote and hybrid teams.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems used in consulting environments.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
