We, as Nagarro + MBIS, are looking for “IT Specialist” to join our expanding team. The person will directly be reporting to the Department Manager.

Job Description

• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware/software issues,
• Install, configure, and deliver company laptops, desktops, and devices,
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, including account and permission setup,
• Perform basic system configurations, updates, and routine maintenance,
• Maintain IT inventory and ensure accurate tracking of equipment,
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technologies, or related fields,
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role,
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic admin tools,
• Familiarity with networks (TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS),
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills,
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills,
• English knowledge is an asset,
• Residency in Istanbul-Anatolian side will be preferrable.
