Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, networks, and user systems.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, servers, printers, and network devices.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, data backups, and access permissions.
- Monitor system performance, security, and reliability of IT infrastructure.
- Support company applications, ERP systems, and licensed software.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and system procedures.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
- Ensure data security, antivirus protection, and compliance with IT policies.
- Provide IT support for offices, project sites, and remote users as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and system administration.
- Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email systems, and basic server management.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup, and disaster recovery practices.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
