IT SPECIALIST

Job Title: IT Specialist / IT Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT professional to join our IT Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, networks, and software applications, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related problems
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
• Maintain data backups and ensure cybersecurity measures are in place
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services
• Document system processes and updates
• Maintain websites of the company etc.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in IT support or system administration
• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud services and virtualization
