IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain POS systems across all locations
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Troubleshoot POS system errors and coordinate with vendors when required
• Ensure system security, data backup, and smooth integration with ERP/accounting systems
• Monitor network performance and maintain IT infrastructure
• Support new store openings with IT setup and system implementation
• Train staff on POS usage and basic troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with POS systems
• Experience in QSR or F&B industry is required
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and system troubleshooting
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple outlets
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
