IT Specialist

An IT Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting an organization’s technology systems. They make sure computers, networks, and software work properly and securely.

Main Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain computer systems and software
• Troubleshoot technical problems (hardware & software)
• Support employees with IT issues
• Manage networks, servers, and internet connections
• Ensure data security and backups
• Update systems and perform regular maintenance
• Monitor system performance

Skills Needed:

• Good knowledge of computers and networks
• Problem-solving skills
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge
• Communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
