Senior Smart Home / Home Automation IT Specialist — Premium Role

Key Requirements:

1. Strong technical expertise in smart home systems design, including the ability to produce professional technical drawings, schematics, and detailed material specifications for high-end residential projects.

2. Advanced programming and integration skills across multiple platforms (such as KNX, Control4, Crestron, Lutron, or similar), with the ability to deliver seamless, fully automated environments.

3. Proven experience supervising installation teams, ensuring proper cable management, equipment mounting, system testing, and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

4. Solid understanding of ELV systems, networking fundamentals, AV solutions, lighting control, security, and HVAC integration within luxury villas or premium developments.

5. Strong project coordination abilities, working closely with civil engineers, MEP teams, designers, and consultants to ensure flawless system implementation.

6. Highly organized and self-driven, capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

7. Professional communication skills with the confidence to interact with clients, consultants, and senior management.

8. Solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate technical challenges and resolve them proactively.
