We are hiring an IT Specialist - Onsite Islamabad.

Job Role: IT Specialist
Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and technically sound IT Support & Cloud Infrastructure
Executive to independently manage routine IT operations across our Islamabad oƯices,including the Amaya Site and OSR Site. The candidate will be responsible for end-toend IT support, infrastructure maintenance, cloud administration support, procurement coordination, and day-to-day operational continuity.
The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Microsoft environments, networking, cloud platforms, endpoint management, and general IT administration, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:
IT Operations & User Support
Independently handle routine IT operations for Islamabad offices (including Amaya Site & OSR Site)
Provide daily troubleshooting and technical support for:
o Laptops and desktop systems
o Printers and scanners
o Networking equipment
o CCTV systems
o IP phones and peripheral devices

-Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
-Ensure smooth functioning of oƯice IT infrastructure with minimal downtime.
-Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
Microsoft & Cloud Environment Management
Manage and support Microsoft 365 environment
Handle user accounts, permissions, and access management via:

o Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
o Microsoft Intune
o SharePoint Online
o OneDrive and cloud storage solutions
Support Google Workspace administration and user management
Assist in device onboarding, endpoint compliance, and policy management
through Intune
Support Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and related collaboration platforms
Networking, Domains & Infrastructure
Basic configuration and troubleshooting of:
o Routers
o Switches
o Wi-Fi access points
o Structured cabling
Monitor and maintain network stability and connectivity across sites
Handle domain and DNS management activities
Manage and support Cloudflare configurations, DNS records, and basic security
settings
Assist in AWS cloud environment administration and related services
Coordinate internet and networking-related escalations with ISPs/vendors
Procurement & Asset Management
Handle procurement of IT equipment, accessories, and licenses
Coordinate quotations, vendor communication, and purchase processes
Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking records
Manage warranty claims and repair coordination
Billing & Documentation
Handle IT-related billing and payment coordination
Maintain records of invoices, subscriptions, renewals, and IT assets
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational reports

Required Skills & Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
-2–4 years of relevant IT support/infrastructure experience preferred
Strong knowledge of:
o Microsoft 365 Administration
o Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
o Microsoft Intune
o SharePoint Online
o Google Workspace Administration
o Domain and DNS Management
o AWS basic administration and cloud infrastructure familiarity
o Cloudflare management and DNS/security configurations
o Networking fundamentals
o Windows operating systems and troubleshooting
Familiarity with:
o Cloud storage platforms and endpoint/device management
o Email security and domain authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
o VPNs, remote support tools, and basic cybersecurity practices
-Hands-on experience with printers, CCTV systems, and office IT infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications:
-Microsoft certifications (M365, Azure, Intune, etc.) will be considered a plus
-AWS, Google Workspace, or networking certifications will be an advantage
-Experience working in corporate or multi-site environments preferred

Experience: 4 years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM - Evening Shift
Location: Islamabad.
