IT Specialist (Network/System Administrator & CRM Supervisor)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Manager / IT Administrator to manage and secure the company’s IT infrastructure. This role will be responsible for Wi-Fi, email, hardware, CRM, domains, hosting, and data security, while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Wi-Fi Management

Regularly review and update Wi-Fi security protocols.

Change network passwords as required.

Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity (Monthly/Quarterly).

2. Email Management

Create and configure new employee email accounts.

Provide instructions for email setup on approved devices.

Manage standardized email signatures (Ongoing/As needed).

3. Laptop & Device Configuration

Set up devices in line with company policy.

Install and configure company-approved software.

Manage user permissions to prevent local admin access.

Ensure antivirus and encryption are active on all devices.

4. Domain & Hosting Management

Renew domain registrations (Annually).

Manage DNS settings and hosting provider services.

Oversee hosting operations to ensure uptime and security.

5. CRM & Application Management

Create and update user accounts and details as needed.

Provision access with role-based permissions.

Review and update user permissions (Monthly/As needed).

Monitor CRM data integrity and security.

Oversee CRM business process configuration and automation.

Basic programming knowledge desirable: PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, Smarty/HTML, Linux basics, MySQL.

Manage company apps and user accounts.

6. Security Audits & Risk Management

Conduct quarterly security audits of IT systems to identify vulnerabilities.

Implement corrective measures and report findings.

7. Hardware & Infrastructure Maintenance

Perform routine maintenance on company hardware, servers, and networking equipment.

Ensure surveillance/camera systems are operational and maintained.

Manage meeting room Smart screen configuration and updates.

8. Data Backup & Recovery

Perform daily backups of critical data.

Test data recovery procedures quarterly.

Ensure compliance with company backup and disaster recovery policies.

Routine Activities

Daily

Respond to employee IT support requests.

Ensure successful completion of system backups.

Weekly

Review IT support logs and resolve outstanding issues.

Update IT inventory records.

Monthly

Review Wi-Fi security and traffic.

Audit CRM user permissions.

Patch and update operating systems and applications.

Quarterly

Conduct full IT security audit.

Test disaster recovery and backup restore procedures.

Review CRM processes and configurations.

Annually

Renew domain registrations.

Perform comprehensive hardware maintenance.

Evaluate hosting provider performance and contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of IT administration or IT management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, system administration, and cloud/email platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise with Windows/Mac, Office 365/Google Workspace, MySQL, PHP, Linux basics.
  • Familiarity with CRM management, DNS, hosting, and backup solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
