IT Specialist – Shopify Expert

Wolf Group is looking for a skilled and experienced IT Specialist with strong Shopify knowledge to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Shopify e-commerce stores
• Handle product uploads, collections, apps, and store customization
• Troubleshoot technical and website-related issues
• Monitor website performance and security
• Provide IT support for company systems and devices
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for website updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support and system management
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Shopify
• Experience with Shopify themes, apps, and store management
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting is preferred
• Ability to solve technical issues efficiently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in e-commerce is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing multiple Shopify stores
• Knowledge of networking, hardware, and cloud systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
