The Mandate
Intersys Solutions is looking for a powerhouse IT Staffing Lead to drive our technical recruitment operations from our hub in Knowledge Oasis Muscat. In this role, you will be the bridge between Oman’s top tech innovators and the specialized talent they need to scale. We are seeking a recruitment leader who understands the difference between a Java developer and a DevOps engineer and can navigate the global tech market to bring elite talent to the Sultanate.

Core Responsibilities

  • Technical Talent Pipeline: Lead the strategic sourcing of high-demand IT profiles, including Full-Stack Developers, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Specialists, and Data Scientists.
  • Technical Vetting & Assessment: Design and oversee the technical screening process, ensuring that every candidate presented to clients has been vetted for both coding proficiency and problem-solving agility.
  • Stakeholder Consultation: Act as a dedicated partner to KOM-based tech firms, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and advice on technical job specifications.
  • Omanisation in Tech: Drive initiatives to identify and mentor Omani IT graduates, helping them transition into specialized technical roles within the private sector.
  • Resource Management: Manage a team of junior recruiters and sourcers, setting KPIs for quality-of-hire, time-to-fill, and candidate satisfaction scores.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand Intersys' staffing footprint within existing client accounts through consistent delivery and expert technical consultation.

Professional Profile

  • Minimum 7–9 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years exclusively focused on IT and Technical staffing.
  • Proven expertise in international sourcing and managing complex visa/work permit logistics for expatriate tech talent.
  • Familiarity with modern software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical stacks to better communicate with hiring managers.
  • Deep understanding of the Omani Labour Law and the specific operational environment of Knowledge Oasis Muscat.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly valued for navigating local government portals and candidate pools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Human Resources.
