Job Description-
Provide troubleshooting assistance for PCs, servers, and other IT-related issues for end-users across the hotel.

Conduct routine system health checks and capacity studies to ensure optimal performance of servers and network infrastructure.

Be knowledgeable of hotel fire, life safety, and emergency procedures, ensuring all IT operations are in line with safety protocols.

Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software, assisting with PC setup, IT systems, and user access during onboarding.

Troubleshoot and resolve in-house guest IT issues, ensuring smooth access to internet and other digital services.

Support, manage, and administer Windows Servers, ensuring they run efficiently.

Proven experience in Hotel IT support and systems administration.

Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with Windows-based environments.

Knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and database backup practices.

Ability to assist with onboarding and IT setup for new employees and users.

Understanding of hotel operations and technology integration.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain service standards.

Attention to detail and proactive approach to resolving IT issues.

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as assigned by hotel management.

Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or relevant certifications.

Preferable prerequisite is 02-03 years' experience in hotel business.

Knowledge in computer Hardware, Software, Data Base, and Networking.

Well experienced in systems design, analysis and project implementation, central reservation system, back office modules and interfaces.
