IT Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced IT Supervisor to support the daily IT operations of the hotel, ensure smooth functioning of all systems, and provide technical support to staff. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage IT infrastructure in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations and ensure all hotel systems are functioning efficiently.
• Provide technical support to all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Finance, HR, etc.).
• Maintain and troubleshoot PMS, POS, PABX, CCTV, Door Lock System, and other hotel applications.
• Monitor network performance, servers, switches, access points, and internet connectivity.
• Ensure data backup, system security, and antivirus updates are performed regularly.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system maintenance and upgrades.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, printers, routers, telephones).
• Support staff with IT‑related issues and provide basic training when required.
• Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and software licenses.
• Ensure compliance with SIRA, DTCM, and internal IT policies.
• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of IT experience in the hospitality industry (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, PABX, CCTV, Door Lock Systems).
• Experience with Windows servers, networking, firewalls, and backup systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and support 24/7 hotel operations when needed.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
