IT Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel IT Specialist to oversee and maintain our hotel’s technological systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management software, including Opera and Micros, and possess the ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless operations across all IT platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the hotel’s property management system (Opera) and point-of-sale (POS) systems (Micros).
• Ensure the smooth operation and integration of all hotel IT systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system updates and maintenance.
• Implement and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and incidents.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recommend system improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Opera PMS and Micros POS systems.
• Strong understanding of hotel IT operations and infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
