Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel IT Specialist to oversee and maintain our hotel’s technological systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management software, including Opera and Micros, and possess the ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless operations across all IT platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the hotel’s property management system (Opera) and point-of-sale (POS) systems (Micros).
- Ensure the smooth operation and integration of all hotel IT systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system updates and maintenance.
- Implement and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and incidents.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recommend system improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Opera PMS and Micros POS systems.
- Strong understanding of hotel IT operations and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
