Packing and Loading Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for packers operation, bulk loading & caricamat loading to ensure efficiency;
• Responsible for truck monitoring, perform quality inspections on pallets and equipment to prevent customer complaints and downtime;
• Monitor and maintain machinery by managing machine sequences and performing preventive

maintenance related to production activities;

• Manage shift documentation including loading notes, inventory & daily shift & export shipment tracking reports;
• Perform filled bags physical weighing & “Date printer” health checks;
• Performing cement mills PM activities & SD activities;
• Ensure strict compliance with safety rules, housekeeping standards, and corporate policies.

Education and Experience:

• Mechanical diploma, Min FSc or Bachelor of Science;
• 4-5 years experience in cement Industry must have packing experience;
• Grinding experience is preferred;
• Understanding of packing operations and equipment.
