IT Supply Chain and Finance

Role Purpose, Key Responsibilities & Duties:

The IT, Supply Chain and Finance delivers and support the Transmed business Supply Chain and Finance technology product portfolio and roadmap. He/She will work at the intersection of business and technology to define strategies that combine a deep understanding of business objectives, challenges, with hands-on contribution to technology solutions and extending them into development execution, value realization and ongoing product management. The IT, Supply Chain and Finance participates in setting the strategic direction for Supply Chain and Finance technology applications as well as in executing the relevant IT deliverables and digital capabilities in close collaboration with internal business and technical stakeholders as well as external technology partners, customers and suppliers.

Key Competencies & Skills:

✓ Lead, oversee, execute and delivers a ‘future proof’ Supply Chain and Finance Transmed business vision, technology strategy and capabilities roadmap with significant decision-making and hands-on latitude

✓ Understand and translate business needs faced by the Supply Chain and Finance functions into a value case and comprehensive set of technological solutions, data, process, and users experience ✓ Oversees the Supply Chain and Finance IT projects portfolio, identify, recommend, and implement IT applications and solutions features based on business value, overall strategies and priorities

✓ Develop awareness and understanding of external trends and insights related to supply chain and finance processes and relevant Transmed business IT technologies

✓ Lead the design and applications development efforts incorporating an approach that starts with validating expected business impact, agile principles, end to end business process optimizations

✓ Define and execute the expected value impact of technology Supply Chain and Finance investments across customers and suppliers experience, operational excellence and efficiency

✓ Partnering with Supply Chain and Finance and IT architecture team to define, map and execute the architecture and role of systems and processes within the overall IT business landscape and capabilities

✓ Act as the primary trusted advisor and technical experts to senior Supply Chain, Finance, and IT leadership across all lifecycles of technology applications and solutions (inception to value realization)

✓ Partner with business to ensure applications are oriented to business growth and measurable key performance indicators, user-friendly, reliable systems and excellence in support operations

✓ Participate in the management of vendors relationships to influence the successful Supply Chain and Finance roadmap and ensure that Transmed business needs will be met by technology partners

✓ Bridge the gap between technology applications and business requirements, foster collaboration to deliver business strategic-fit best-in-class solutions

✓ Collaborate closely with business and technology partners to develop roadmaps, prioritize capabilities, features, release and help execute related activities

✓ Embrace Agile principles and practices, lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ensure efficient and successful applications and solutions development and delivery

✓ Ensure applications and solutions development activities adhere to the highest standards of user experience, documentation, quality, security, and compliance requirements

✓ Estimate applications development efforts levels and resources to prioritize requirements

✓ Serve as subject matter expert for Supply Chain and Finance Transmed business IT enterprise applications and solutions, translate business requirements into executable deliverables and value ✓ Lead a team of Supply Chain and Finance technology expertise across multiple domains and locations

✓ Perform other relevant duties as required by the Transmed business needs and priorities

Role Requirements

Academic Education & Professional Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related domain. Master in business administration or related field is a plus.

− 8+ years of progressive business technology experience in the domain of IT Supply Chain and Finance.

− 4+ years of people leadership experience in building, managing and developing high performing teams.

− Certification and / or proficiency in project management.

− Certification and / or proficiency in IT development methodologies.

− Certification, working knowledge, and / or familiarity with cloud computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.

Operational & Managerial Experience

Strong project management knowledge of methodologies and practical application, proven track records of delivery in complex, fast changing environment. • Strong communication and presentation skills collaborating with business leaders at various level spread regionally across various countries and business models. • Demonstrated ability to think and execute operationally, innovatively, and strategically. • Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills to plan, develop and execute business projects and activities. • Experience with IT Supply Chain and Finance applications, systems, and processes and ability to describe findings to a technical and non-technical leaders and users community. • Ability to manage IT related budget and suggest areas of cost optimization and reduction. • Experience in managing relationships with business leaders and users community, IT vendors and suppliers ensuring performance and ethical practices aligns with Transmed requirements and values. • Experience of mentoring and leading the professional development of reporting IT lead and specialists. Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. • Strong experience in coordinating enhancements, roll outs, fixes, releases, and upgrades. • Strong facilitation skills to capture, analyze, manage, and deliver business requests and demands related to Supply Chain and Finance. • Strong reporting and documentation skills. • Results oriented, team player and co-operation. • Full adherence to change management processes, and policies. Ability to communicate and promote the value of applicable policies, standards, and procedures

Skills & Competencies

• Strong ability to work with diverse Supply Chain and Finance systems and processes to include Enterprise Resources Planning (such as JDE, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, others), Warehouse Management Systems (such as Infor, Manhattan, Körber, others) Transportation Management Systems, and other digital and automation capabilities. • Experience in delivering Supply Chain and Finance IT enterprise applications, services and solutions in a complex, matrix, and integrated business IT environment. • Intellectual curiosity and ability to collaboratively approach challenges, opportunities, and techniques with an inquisitive mind focusing on solutions and business value. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and experience in FMCG industry with technical capabilities is preferred.
