Job Title: IT Support Executive

Department: IT / Administration
Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)

Role Summary:

The IT Support Executive will provide first-level technical support to staff across corporate and project sites, ensuring smooth operation of IT infrastructure, software systems, and real estate–specific applications. The role includes troubleshooting, system maintenance, and coordination with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, printers, emails, and office systems.
  • Assist employees with connectivity, ERP/CRM, and project management software issues.
  • Support video conferencing, biometric devices, and site-level IT equipment.

2. Network & Systems Maintenance

  • Monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and VPN connectivity.
  • Coordinate with service providers for downtime resolution.
  • Assist in system updates, server backups, and antivirus management.

3. Real Estate–Specific Systems

  • Provide support for ERP/CRM systems (e.g., FARVISION, SAP, or custom solutions).
  • Assist with sales dashboards, project documentation systems, and reporting tools.
  • Train staff on system usage and troubleshoot access or module issues.

4. IT Asset & Vendor Management

  • Maintain an inventory of laptops, desktops, printers, routers, and other IT assets.
  • Coordinate repairs, AMC, and procurement with vendors.
  • Ensure licenses, software, and antivirus subscriptions are current.

5. Data & Security

  • Assist in implementing IT security protocols and access controls.
  • Support data backup routines and ensure secure handling of sensitive real estate information.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and basic networking.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to support multiple sites and coordinate remote troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of CCTV, biometric, or site-level IT systems is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Electronics (preferred).
  • Diploma in Hardware & Networking or Microsoft/CCNA certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in IT support, preferably with real estate, construction, or multi-site operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,134.99 - ₹22,213.07 per month
