IT support

• Ensure the proper maintenance, upgrades, and continuous operation of networks.
• Support all users in their daily IT operations including network, software, hardware, and other IT-related issues.
• Maintain all systems and provide training to new users.
• Develop standards for computer and network systems — including wiring, equipment, and system security.
• Provide workstation hardware and software technical support to system users.
• Offer planning and advanced technical expertise for both local and wide area networks, as well as internet-related services.
• Serve as a high-level technical expert regarding computer and network systems and associated issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer and network operating systems and application software.
• Provide on-call support for computer and network systems when required.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Administer and maintain email and communications, including installations, upgrades, and user management.
• Maintain network security through installation and maintenance of firewalls, antivirus, and antispyware software on servers and workstations.
• Install and upgrade servers and workstation operating systems.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, and related hardware.
