Position: IT Support

Overview
The IT Support staff is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. The role ensures smooth daily operations by resolving technical problems, maintaining IT equipment, and supporting the organization’s technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and IT equipment.
- Assist employees with login issues, password resets, email configuration, and system access.
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory (devices, licenses, equipment).
- Ensure all systems comply with IT policies, data security standards, and best practices.
- Support network setup, Wi-Fi connectivity, and basic server-related tasks under supervision.
- Perform regular system updates, antivirus checks, and data backup verifications.
- Provide remote support for off-site employees or branches when required.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, replacements, or software solutions.
- Document all support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
- Assist in setting up new workstations for new joiners (email, software, hardware).
- Support IT projects such as system upgrades, equipment installations, and migrations.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
