Responsibilities:
- Installing & configuring computer hardware, operating systems.
- Network & Server Maintenance & Monitoring.
- Troubleshooting, Maintenance & set up of Printers, Scanners & Projectors.
- Outlook configuration with all protocols.
- Time Attendance machine maintenance & troubleshooting.
- CCTV infrastructure implementation, troubleshooting & maintenance.
- UPSs implementation, troubleshooting & maintenance.
- Assisting staff with utilizing various back & front office applications.
- Creating & maintaining documentation & asset databases.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent with data processing training, computer operations training, or experience in a multi-operation system or production control environment preferred.
- Two or more years of related experience with computers and providing customer service in a technological environment.
- May require the knowledge of a variety of hardware as well as software, programming languages, and operation systems. May be tested on appropriate computer skills as required.
Location: Township, Lahore
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Qualification: Bachelor or Equivalent
Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM OR 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
