IT SUPPORT

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support .The IT Support Specialist will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, assist with the implementation of IT solutions, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization's technology environment

Responsibilities :

Installation, configuration of software and hardware ( L1 & L2)

Manage Network service and technology tools

Set up accounts and work station( active directory and PMS)

Monitoring performance and maintain systems according to the requirement

Requirements :

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified IT Professional,ITIL,MCSA & CCNA) are a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 2-3 years experience in IT Support Specialist field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The candidate should have a NOC applicable

Knowledge about security /data back-up
