IT Hardware & Software Specialist responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues related to company devices and client equipment. The role includes repairing electronic machines, installing and configuring software, providing on-site and remote technical support, and maintaining professional relationships with clients.

Fresh graduates with basic practical experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior hands-on experience will be given preference. Arabic speaking is preferred, with good communication skills in Arabic and English.
