Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that our IT systems run smoothly on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Assist employees with IT-related concerns and system access
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of support activities
- Coordinate with external vendors when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
- Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment and basic networking
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
