POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Support position will provide back-up support to the IT Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES-DUTIES

Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or in-person.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Escalate complex problems and collaborate with teams for resolution.

Install, configure, and update software/hardware.

Maintain accurate help desk records.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of technical help desk/support experience.

Strong knowledge of desktop systems, software, and hardware.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Basic understanding of network protocols.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) a plus.

Ability to work Monday-Friday
