We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Support Technician to provide hardware and software support across the organization. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with computer components and system configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals
- Perform motherboard and hardware component setup, including BIOS/UEFI configuration
- Diagnose and resolve hardware failures and system compatibility issues
- Set up and maintain operating systems and software applications
- Support users with technical issues via in-person, phone, or remote assistance
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and spare parts
- Document technical procedures and support tickets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience configuring motherboards, BIOS settings, RAM, storage, and other components
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Understanding of networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems
- 1–2 years of IT support experience
Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
