We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day technical support for desktop systems, software, networks, and office equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Respond to technical support tickets and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows-based systems and MS Office applications.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of email accounts, VPN access, and user profiles.
- Support company CRM, ERP, and real estate-specific platforms.
- Ensure data backup and recovery processes are functioning correctly.
- Monitor IT inventory and assist in procurement of IT hardware and software.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support and warranty claims.
- Provide IT onboarding and training for new employees.
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures, systems, and user guides.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of IT support experience (preferably in a real estate or corporate environment).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM or property management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
