Job Description:

The IT Support Analyst (Contractor) serves as the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. This role involves, but is not limited to, providing basic IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams.Ticketing platform we use

• Freshservice (experience using this is preferred but not required)

Technology this individual should be comfortable supporting:

• Office 365

• Adobe (Reader and/or Pro)

• Amazon Workspace

• KnowBe4 (our IT training platform) preferred but not required

• Mimecast (preferred but not required)

• OKTA (preferred but not required)

• RingCentral (preferred but not required)

• Zscaler (preferred but not required)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
