Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Arabic Speaker IT Support professional located in Abu Dhabi. The IT Support professional will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and offering support for network configuration. The professional will also assist in setting up new systems, managing user accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services across the organization.

Qualifications

• Technical Assistance, Hardware and Software Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in IT Infrastructure Maintenance and Network Configuration
• Skills in Setting Up New Systems and Managing User Accounts
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
