IT Support Assistant (Male)

Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Support Assistant to help with daily IT and computer-related tasks. The candidate will support staff by resolving basic technical issues and maintaining IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic IT support to staff (hardware & software issues).
• Install and set up computers, printers, and other devices.
• Troubleshoot internet, email, and system problems.
• Maintain IT equipment and report faults.
• Assist in data backup and system updates.
• Coordinate with vendors when required.
• Keep IT records and inventory updated.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computers, networks, and MS Office.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Fresh candidates can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
