IT Support Associate

Lahore, Pakistan

Tekboox, a US-based IT solutions company, is hiring an IT Support Associate to provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and assist in ensuring smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities:

· Provide first-level support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues.

· Troubleshoot problems such as system slowdowns, connectivity issues, and application errors.

· Assist with password resets, email access, and printer-related issues.

· Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and security patches.

· Set up laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for employees.

· Perform routine checks to ensure hardware and systems run efficiently.

· Support basic LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and network printer setup.

· Create, manage, and disable user accounts in Active Directory or similar platforms.

· Ensure proper access rights and permissions as per company policy.

· Follow IT security practices including antivirus, backups, and safe usage policies.

· Log support requests and resolutions in the helpdesk system.

· Maintain IT inventory of devices, licenses, and accessories.

· Document troubleshooting steps and standard procedures.

· Collaborate with senior IT staff for escalated issues and provide guidance to users.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· 6 months – 1 year of IT support experience (internship or professional).

· Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting.

· Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.

· Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Job Location & Timing:
Location :DHA Y Block Lahore
Timing :Night Shift 6pm to 3am (Onsite 5days a week)
