IT Support Coordinator

Position Summary
Bas Consultoria LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Coordinator to manage day-to-day technical support operations and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will coordinate IT support activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and serve as a key point of contact between users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Coordinate and track IT support tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, updates, and support activities
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees with IT setup and access management
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures
  • Liaise with external IT service providers when required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage support requests efficiently
  • Basic understanding of IT security best practices

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and user management
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Work Location: Al Rayyan, Qatar

Pay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per year
