Position Summary
SANILLC LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Coordinator to manage and support the company’s day-to-day IT operations. The role involves providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, coordinating support requests, and ensuring smooth and efficient technology performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Coordinate and escalate technical issues to external vendors or higher-level support when necessary
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems
- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and support logs
- Assist in system updates, backups, and cybersecurity practices
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures
- Liaise with management to recommend IT improvements and upgrades
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS environments and basic networking
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and software installation
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with IT ticketing systems is an advantage

- Microsoft 365 administration
- Basic networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
- Remote support tools
- IT asset management experience
Work Environment
- Office-based role in Al Wakrah
- May require occasional after-hours support for critical issues
Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
