IT Support Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Coordinator to oversee and manage daily IT support operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate between end-users, IT teams, and vendors. The IT Support Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT workflows and maintaining Mensacom LLC’s reputation for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT support activities including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user assistance.
• Liaise with employees to address IT-related inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
• Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on IT support performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or coordination.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and support processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, IT support tools, and ticketing systems.
• Certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft are an advantage.
