Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, managing the IT helpdesk and ticketing system.
• Coordinate the deployment, installation, and maintenance of hardware (PCs, laptops, printers) and software.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and system access issues for on-site and remote employees.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups within Active Directory or Microsoft 365.
• Track IT inventory and coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or software renewals.
• Document technical processes and create simple "how-to" guides for non-technical staff.
• Ensure all support requests are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Skills and Requirements

• Technical Troubleshooting: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve Windows/macOS and mobile device issues.
• Microsoft 365 Mastery: Proven experience managing Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Admin Center.
• Network Basics: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic firewall configurations.
• Communication: Professional verbal and written English skills; the ability to explain technical concepts simply is essential.
• Service Management: Familiarity with ITIL foundations or ticketing tools like Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in a technical support or IT coordination role.
