Role Overview

ONFTECH AL ARABIA is seeking an IT Support & Deployment Specialist to join our growing technology team in Riyadh. The role involves responding to support tickets, troubleshooting application issues, documenting resolutions, deployments for internal and external systems and collaborating closely with the development and product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting customers for deployment activities.
  • Respond to incidents and requests within a ticketing system to provide technical support to international customers based on SLA requirements.
  • Use JIRA system for IT and Deployment activities.
  • To analyse the software and hardware problems and produce permanent solutions.
  • To investigate the issues and implementing workarounds and solutions.
  • As technical point of contact to provide training to partners and customers.
  • Preparing periodic support reports to share with customers.

Qualifications

  • At least associate degree preferred (Preferably Computer Programming / Computer Technology and Information Systems / Computer Technology and Programming)
  • Have experience with IT support and deployments
  • Have experience in creating thorough, readable and actionable documentation for the end users with mixed technical knowledge
  • Have experience on MS SQL
  • Have experience on API, SOAP, Postman is a plus
  • Have knowledge on MQ systems (IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ etc.) is a plus
  • A team player with analytical thinking
  • Have service and customer-centric mindset
  • Provide setup and support for systems such as email, VPN, and remote access
  • Experience working within a helpdesk environment, working within SLAs
  • Assist in product improvements by sharing user feedback with the Product team
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
