Requirements:

02 - 03 years of relevant Experience

Qualification:

Bachelor / Masters in the relevant field

Job Description:

• Installation configuration Printers/Scanners and system support.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
• Document and track issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
• Ensure timely and effective communication and updates on the progress of the support cases.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
