IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate must hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree and have hands-on experience managing IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and system software
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage user accounts, backups, and security settings
• Ensure systems meet security and compliance standards
• Support virtualization, cloud services, and IT infrastructure upgrades

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and security
• Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, firewalls, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE are a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
